What is an apostille?

An apostille is a document issued by the Secretary of State that verifies to a foreign government the official document came from their state. Example documents:  birth, death, marriage, divorce certificate, or single status letter.

 Base Fee:  $100 

Prices include:

• Notarization of document

• Shipping label and materials

• Transportation and submission of document 

• Standard processing time, typically 7- 10 business days.

• $25 per additional document

• $100 per document for expected processing, typically 2- 3 business days. 

• $150 per document for same day processing (if available).

Base Cost:  $50 

+ Washington state processing fees

      • • Typically processed 7 to 10 business days of receiving your order (subject to longer processing times based on volumes).

    • Expedited processing: Fee is $15.00 per document and an additional $100 expedite fee per 10 documents. (1-10 documents = $100.00, 11-20 documents = $200, etc.)

      • • Typically process 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order.

    • Same day services in-person in Tumwater: Fee is $15.00 per document and an additional $100 expedite fee per 10 documents. (1-10 documents = $100.00, 11-20 documents = $200, etc.)
